Communication is the most critical element in the dentist-patient relationship. We empower our patients by providing the knowledge needed to understand the procedures available to you so that you can make well-informed decisions. Additionally, in order to provide you with the most relevant information and to give you the right treatment options unique to your situation, we also need information, such as your medical history.

Your First Visit

Your first dental appointment will be about getting to know each other. We will discuss your goals and what brought you to our practice, learn about your medical history, and talk to you about your treatment options. You will be given clinical evaluation as well.

If you are seeking routine dental services, treatment can sometimes be performed the same day as the consultation. For more complex services, or if you have issues in your medical history that need to be taken into account, we will schedule a second appointment with you for treatment. At that appointment, we’ll thoroughly review our findings and present a detailed dental treatment plan that makes sense to you and fulfills your dental health needs and esthetic goals.

Helpful information to bring to your first visit:

  • X-Rays (if applicable). You can either bring them with you or request your doctor send them to us before your appointment date.
  • List of current prescription medicine you are taking.
  • List of any medical conditions that could affect your treatment.
  • Make sure to fill out the patient registration forms before arrival. We have one for adults and another for children.
  • Insurance information: If you have dental insurance, please bring your card and any necessary completed forms, including referral paperwork (if applicable). This will also save time and allow us to help you process any claims.

PLEASE NOTE:

Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on their first consultation visit.

Payment Options

We want to offer the greatest convenience to our patients. That’s why we offer many ways for you to plan and pay for your treatment. We accept Master Card, Visa, check, cash, and most insurance plans.

We also offer CareCredit and Lending Club dental financing option to make your treatment more affordable.

Please feel free to contact us for additional dental financing information and arrangements. We’re happy to answer any questions you may have and inform you about all of your options.

Dental Insurance

We welcome all insurance plans and will be happy to submit the necessary paperwork electronically to your insurance company.

No matter who your insurance provider is, we will assist you in estimating your out-of-pocket portion of the treatment. Please keep in mind that this calculation is only an ESTIMATE, as we cannot guarantee what your insurance will cover.

We also offer third party financing options for cosmetic dentistry procedures and comprehensive treatment plans.
